Shipping

Yes, your parcel will be delivered in a secure and private packaging with no information of it’s contents. Only your delivery information will be visible.

Depending on the delivery method chosen when the order was placed, the order should be received within the normal timeframe. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the order is shipped and once it is ready for delivery – this we have to confirm is it can be implemented.

Please contact our customer service. Normally if the order is confirmed and approved it cannot be cancelled, unless the shipping label was not purchased. If they contact you within this window, you can consider cancelling, as it will save future returns.

Once the order was placed unfortunately you cannot amend the order. Please contact our customer service.

Here the main complaint will be the shipping charges they will be required to pay when they have to place a new order. You can consider giving them a free delivery for the next order. For this they need to contact you with the new order number and you can refund them. Otherwise, I would not advise allowing them to amend the order as it will become unmanageable once you grow.

If the timeframe of the order has expired, please check further information here.  We can place a button to royal mail tracking system where they can access the tracking info. I suggest only shipping with tracked delivery so that it can be visible.

Returns information

Providing the item is in original condition you can make a return within 30 days from the day you have received the order. The return label will be provided to you within the parcel.

A return slip will be provided to you with each order that you place. Therefore, we kindly advise to use the relevant return label for each individual return, even if you want to return multiple items belonging to different orders.

Our return service is free of charge. To make sure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask that you use the return slip provided in the parcel.

We will be happy to accept your item back for return, as long as the item meets the return criteria below:

In its original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

No signs of wear (marks from tan, deodorant or other personal stains)

If an item is received faulty, we kindly advise to return it as soon as possible with all tags and labels intact, with a specification of the fault.

If an item becomes faulty after the 30 days period expires, please get in touch and we will ensure to assist you further.

The orders will always be received in the original payment method  – and it can take up to 14 days depending on your processing bank.
